250 gallon APV Crepaco Dixie style medium shear mixer. Stainless steel food grade construction. Vessel is 40" diameter x 60" straight side length with approximately 6" dished top and bottom. The bottom has a 3" and a 4" tri clamp ports. The top has one 18" manway w/lid. One sprayball (1.5" tri clamp) One 2" connection to the breather. Two each 1.5" and Five each 2" tri clamp connections. It has the standard 3 wheel, centrifugal fan type impellers. The drive is missing. The vessel is mounted in a stainless steel bar grate platform that is 65" x 113.5" x 57.5" high. The over all dimensions are 65"w x 113.5"l x 100.5" tall. Serial number K-0149. Good condition.
