Description:

Used 93.2 sq.ft Ipac shell and tube heat exchanger Water cooled aftercooler, Model W1500FA SU00-S. Carbon steel shell with 304 stainless steel tubes. Unit is suitable for packaged compressors or any site where space is limited. Unit has a 14" air in/out flanged connections, and 2-1/2 " NPT water in/out connections. The heat exchanger has a air flow rate up to 4,785 scfm air and water flow rate up to 241 gpm @ 400 F. The shell is 35" long x 14" diameter and has 279 tubes. Max allowable working pressure is 200 PSIG @ 150F for the shell and 200PSIG @400F for the tube. Minimum design metal temperature is -20F @ 200 PSIG for the shell and tube. Serial# 652689. Overall dimensions: 24"w x 41"l x 25" h. Built in 2004.
