Inline Filling Systems fully automatic EXP class liquid pressure filler currently has 4 fill heads currently set on 3.5" centers (adjustable) with a 5/8" nozzle diameter. It can be expanded up to 8 fill heads. Conveyor belt system is motor driven, and the belt is 4.5" wide. The full electronic control panel allows for user-friendly control of all conventional filler operations. Panel enclosures and conduit are designed for hazardous locations. It was last filling 750 ml bottles at about 7,600 bottles per shift.
