6000 gallon horizontal tank, stainless steel, dimple jacket, (2) 2 hp agitators
Dairy Craft 6000 gallon horizontal dimple jacketed tank. The tank has a carbon steel shell and insulation surround the interior of the tank except with one all stainless steel end. The jacket measures 58" x 140" on the bottom of the tank. Interior dimensions are 96"d x 16'4" with 4" dish ends. It is equipped with (2) 2 hp top mount agitators, each have a 2 bladed prop measuring 12 x 24" . The stainless steel dish end has a 16" x 20" along with 3" sanitary drain, 2" threaded fitting, thermowell, 2" fill and 2" vent. There is also an 8" diameter sight glass and platform with ladder on the end. The top has a 1.5" sanitary fitting that is connected to twin CIP 'balls. The bottom has (2) 1" threaded fittings for the jacket. The overall dimensions of the tank are 17'2" long by 8'-5.5"wide x 11'4" tall. The tank sittings on 10 adjustable legs. Serial #77J3099-1. This tank was in a through the wall installation with only stainless steel front inside the building. Good Condition.
