Groen 40 quart ( 10 gallon ) electric 304 stainless steel self contained steam jacketed kettle. Model TB/7-40. Kettle tilts with spout. Temperature range is 150f to 265f. The jacket is rated at 50 psi @ 300 f. Requires 240 vac 1 ph electrical supply. New 40 quart unit from Groen is $4600.
