Granulator 200 hp densifier 24 cu ft chamber 1 rotating blade
200 hp densifier also known as an agglomerator. The densifier has an approximately 24 cu ft stainless steel chamber, a carbon steel agitated hopper, and a screw conveyor. The stainless steel densifier chamber has a 30" rotating blade, a 6" x 6" inlet on top, a 9" diameter inlet on the side, a 16" x 11" outlet, and a 16" x 16" hatch. The densifier is driven by a 200 hp 1780 rpm motor. The carbon steel hopper feeder has 38" x 35" x 30" deep hopper with agitator that is driven by a 2 hp 1725 rpm motor. The hopper mounts to the 9" diameter x 72" long screw conveyor. The screw conveyor has a carbon steel trough and a stainless steel screw that is driven by a 2 hp 1725 rpm motor. The screw conveyor trough is in poor condition. Requires 208-230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Fair condition.
