Description:
Paul Mueller Co 150 gallon vertical dimple jacketed 304 stainless steel tank Model F. The jacket is rated for 100 psi @ 350° F and the vessel is rated for 30 psi/Full Vacuum @ 350° F. National Board # 15269. This tank has a dished top and conical bottom. The diameter is 30", the overall height is 118", the straight side height is 37.5" the dish is 6" and the cone is 26.25". The top has a sight glass and a 1 hp Eurodrive gear reduced to 34 rpms agitator. The agitator has a side sweep and bottom sweep blades. The side has 16" manway and a full jacket. The bottom has a 1.5" center discharge, 1.5" NTP, and is dimple jacketed. Serial number F-30427-6. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply. The outer skin has some cosmetic damage otherwise this processor is in good condition.
