Description:
Lee Metal Products Co 125 gallon stainless steel Dixie Mixer on stand. The tank is 32" diameter with a 43" straight side height and 4" dish bottom. The top has a hinged lid with (2) 2" Tri-Clamp sanitary fittings and the bottom has a 3" Tri-Clamp sanitary center discharge. Mixer uses a squirrel cage type mixer in bottom of tank to produce medium shear mixing. The mixer measures 16" diameter x 20" wide. Mixer is driven by a 5 hp electric motor. Unit is capable of producing loose emulsions in product. The tank is supported on a stainless steel frame. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply.
