Description: S.G. Frantz Co. "FerroFilter" electromagnetic separator. Model number 83. Serial number 198. This Filter is designed to separate magnetic materials from heavy slurries at a maximum flow rate of 2,600 to 8,000 gph. It has stainless steel contact parts and a removable lid for cleanout. The cooling jacket is rated for 150 psi. This unit has a 4" flanged inlet and a 4" flanged outlet. 115 vdc 8 amps of power required. This unit sits on a carbon steel stand. Good condition.
