Description: 10 cu. ft. stainless steel ribbon blender. The trough measures 24" wide x 36" long x 28" deep. The diameter of the shaft is 1.25". This ribbon blender has a tubular stainless steel frame with sanitary connections. There are (2) 1.5" bottom end discharges with sanitary threaded connections at each bottom end. Comes equipped with 1 hp motor. 230/460 vac 3 phase power required. Stands on four legs. Good condition. Previously used for mixing pasta and other sauce type food products.
