Description: Lee 500 gallon all stainless steel hemispherical bottom kettle. Model 500A7S. Serial number A9890-A. Kettle has a dish top with 18" manway, is insulated with stainless steel outer sheath, has a hydraulically driven sweep agitation, adjustable baffle, thermowell, 96" overall height, 66" diameter, 4" center bottom discharge, has an internal rating of 15 psi @ 240° F. has some minor internal pitting. It was previously used for tomato paste.
